Rates:
* High Season: May15th through September 30, $130.00 per night DBL. ( 5 course gourmet breakfast provided ) or self cater. The rate is reduced for self cater.
* Quiet Season: October 1 through May 15, $99.00 per night DBL. ( BC full hot continental breakfast provided )
* Weekly, Monthly Snow Bird or Long Term Rental Available. Please contact us for the current rate.
* If you are travelling with your family pet there is a one time fee charged of $30.00 for carpet cleaning. The room is dry chem cleaned after each guest leaves that has stayed with their pet for our other guests assurance of complete removal of pet hair and dander. ( Sorry no cats )

Cancellation Policy:
* If you must cancel we require a minimum of 21 days notice. If you cancel less than 20 days before your reservation date, your deposit is forfeited unless of course we can rebook your reservation then you receive a full refund minus $30.00 admin fee.
